What is

ZEN RAGE HEAL

A fitness that remixes a spiritual practice and movement to help you move through what you're going through.

HOW IT WORKS

Our signature #ZenRageHeal Process

We remix together embodiment practices, movement and neurolinguistic programming to help release negative energy and reprogram limiting beliefs so you can take action in your life. 

ZEN

An embodied approach to breathing and intention setting. You set an intention for your practice, whether it is to release anger or build strength or simply find peace. This allows you to become connected to your body and what you really want

RAGE

This is where you activate your intention through your movement. It is moving intentionally, harmoniously and authentically in alignment. You get to notice limiting beliefs and thought patterns and move through them.

HEAL

Ground yourself and connect with the space you have created. You reflect on what worked, what you need and apply it to your life. You will then have the clarity, confidence, and courage to do what you have been reluctant or fearful to do.

Meditating before a workout has definitely changed my attitude going into the mentality of physical activity, especially in the morning. I would just arrive ready to get it over with, but the meditation provides me with an opportunity to think about ways I can push myself during the workout and show myself how much I have grown from the last one. Meditating after the workout allows me a moment to smile and thank myself for waking up and sticking through another SweatRemix session.

I started taking class at an extremely sad, stressful, and pivotal time in my life, and SRx has seen me through it all. Angela and her class have helped me rage out my frustrations and then calm my mind to face dealing with and subsequently quitting my toxic job, finding a new job, two moves, the ending of a long term relationship, and the beginning of the best relationship I've ever been in. Any time any of these stressors got to me, I would look forward to the 45 minutes where I could work it all out..I'm allowing myself to dig deeper, both in class and outside, and really investigate what I feel and why I feel it. I've gotten a lot better and self evaluation, and figuring out what serves me and what doesn't. This #zenrageheal process is EPIC.

This class is not just a workout. It is a fitness experience where mind-body connection intersects with team/tribe vibes through #zenrageheal. It's as if you've all shown up to battle together, you're going to work and sweat and hurt and grow together. It's easier to believe you can do more, push harder, when there are 15 other people showing up for themselves and pushing themselves too. Showing up for myself during the #Zen portion of class has translated into so many other aspects of my life. I feel more content walking away from the things and relationships that do not serve me, because I know I can show up for myself.I have walked away from toxic friends, I have chosen to prioritize my own needs without guilt.

All of our classes follow the #ZenRageHeal process. We begin each class with breathing and intention setting. Each workout is for all fitness levels and abilities: we love intervals so you can move at your own pace. Leave class feeling connected and grounded with a guided meditation.
