Strength class is the best compliment to your interval workouts by adding a new modality for athletic performance along with connecting your mind, body and soul. This class takes away the jumping and explosively from HIIT workouts and keeps the focus on building strength. We focus on reps, rest and building up your max weight. You get to decide how heavy you want to lift, which rules. Oh and don't worry just because we took out the burpees doesn't mean we took out the sweat (and the meditation).
