We’ll focus on basic mobility work, light stretching, joint health, flexibility, balance, and functional movement in a supportive, accessible environment. No experience needed.

About the event
If we want to maintain our independence as we age, we have to take care of our bodies now. Mobility matters.
We need range of motion in our joints to do everyday things like reaching, bending, twisting, getting up off the floor...and yes, even wiping our own ass. We need strong, mobile hips to help prevent falls and injuries and to keep us moving confidently through life.
