I used to be a raging bitch (and trust me, when I don't take care of myself, she sure does come out).
Anger took over my life and impacted my career, my relationships, my soul and everything and everyone around me. The judgement from others was even worse.
In the past decade experiencing the death of my father, loss of friends and careers, a global crisis, toxic relationships and stagnant work environments, I was faced with so many triggers and my anger just overflowed into the world.
Not until I welcomed anger into my life and started treating this response as a symptom of a larger problem, I began to heal.
With lots of tools, skills, and life experiences,, I have taken this knowledge as my purpose, sharing my discoveries to help others be who they are called to be, take control of their own life and live EPICALLY without all the nasty anger.
