Take a page out the dog-book: be present. Enjoy each pat, squirrel chase and snack as they are: joyous moments. ⠀
Just look at your dog! Seriously. How pumped are they for everything, all the time?? Each time you come through the door, even if it is to just go to the car, they LIVE for it.
Here’s some tips to be more mindful as you start your week:⠀
1. Sleep with your phone OUTSIDE of your bedroom. Get a real old skool alarm clock. ⠀
2. Take ten deep breaths before you get out of bed.⠀
3. Use binaural beats while you work, they help with focus and being in a meditative state⠀
